About
Dr. Marilyn W. Fudge, M.D., FACOG, is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics-Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics-Gynecology. Dr. Fudge is the medical director of the obstetrics & gynecology residency program. Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Fudge's interests include obstetrics, office gynecology and benign gynecological surgery.
Dr. Fudge received her medical degree from medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where she received numerous awards. Dr. Fudge was honored as an outstanding resident of the year in her intern and chief years.
After residency, Dr. Fudge spent three years in private practice in St. Petersburg. From 2005-2012, she served as the assistant director of women's services at Community Health Centers of Pinellas, Inc., a not-for-profit health organization. Dr. Fudge became a full-time faculty member in April 2012 and accepted the position of assistant program director for the OB-GYN residency. Dr. Fudge received a master's degree in health administration in May 2012 from the University of South Florida College of Public Health.
Throughout their lives, women have unique health issues that call for an OB/GYN specialist – pregnancy and childbirth, menopause and the ongoing health of their reproductive organs. Dr. Marilyn Fudge is skilled in both obstetrics and gynecology, so she is able to provide care for her patients through all phases of their life cycles.

Dr. Fudge practices at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. Serving the community since 1906, Bayfront is a 480-bed tertiary, academic medical center located in St. Petersburg, affiliated with USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and the regional flagship hospital for a network of hospitals bearing the Bayfront Health name along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
